My subscription key isn’t working. Why?
Sort out any issues you’re having with your subscription
Generally there are few reasons why your subscription key wouldn’t work. But realistically, sometimes technology and credit cards go awry. Over the course of time, we’ve seen the following as reasons for license key issues:
If you purchased a subscription, failure of subscription key will happen if there was a technological error, the payment from that particular card failed, or there was a CVC check and nothing went through.
When either of those occur, we try for three (3) more days and if nothing changes or goes through, then we completely revoke the license until you update it. Stripe will send you an email confirming that fact and informing you that no payment was actually charged.
From there, you’ll need to try to re-purchase.
Be sure not to give your key to anyone else. Though your key can be used simultaneously in any software Stark is in (Adobe XD, Figma, and Sketch), it can only be entered in each of those tools once.
Shared with a friend or co-worker and they used it in the same software you want to use? We’ll need to deactivate that so you can get to work ;)
