Do you offer refunds?
Yearly Subscriptions
If you’re on a yearly plan and you forget to cancel your subscription before the renewal date, please reach out to support@getstark.co within seven days after the renewal date to discuss a refund.
Monthly Subscriptions
We do not issue refunds for monthly plans. If you’re on a monthly plan, you must cancel before the monthly renewal date. You can view this in our Terms of Service, or reach out to support@getstark.co if you have any questions.
Why didn't my payment go through?
Stark subscriptions are renewed automatically on an annual or monthly basis unless you cancel them in the Personal Billing section of your account.
However, sometimes banks prevent a payment from going through for various reasons. And realistically, sometimes technology and credit cards go awry.
When a payment error occurs, we try for 3 more days and if nothing changes or goes through, then we completely revoke the subscription until you update your payment method. Stripe will send you an email confirming that fact and informing you that no payment was charged.
Do I need to upgrade to receive bug fixes?
Nope, you don’t need to upgrade to receive bug fixes. We split our releases into new product/feature updates and bug-fix updates.
So you’ll always receive bug fix updates for your version, even if you're on the Free version of Stark.
Do I need a separate subscription for each design tool I want to use Stark in?
Nope! Stark works across Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD. Your subscription gives you access to all our features across all supported platforms. We don’t restrict your usage in any way.
