Development
Stark licenses its AI models from third-party providers (unless otherwise noted: Google). Stark does not train or fine-tune these models. Stark does not use any of the data provided by users to train or fine-tune these models.
Deployment
At least two weeks ahead of release, Stark will email team admins with details of any new AI features. This email will include details on the feature, how it's used, and how to opt out of the feature. Stark reserves the right to rollback or disable AI features at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to security, performance, or user experience concerns.
Harmful Content
Stark does not allow the use of its AI features to generate harmful content. This includes, but is not limited to, content that is illegal, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable. Stark reserves the right to disable AI features for any user or team that violates this policy. Additionally, Stark will use the third-party options available to us in order to limit any harmful content in its prompts and responses.
Data Usage
Stark limits the data it collects from users to the minimum necessary to provide its AI features. This includes, but is not limited to, the text of prompts and responses, as well as any metadata necessary to provide the AI features. Stark does not collect any personal data from users unless explicitly provided by the user and will not include personally identifiable information about said user. Stark does not use any data collected from users to train or fine-tune its AI models.
Security and Compliance
Stark works to maintain best industry practices in security attested to in a SOC 2 Type 2 report covering security, confidentiality, availability, and processing integrity.
