For too long, accessibility work lived in PDFs, spreadsheets, and email threads. By the time a manual audit reached the team, the feature[s] was already out the door—no trend‑line, no shared context, and zero visibility into whether things were getting better or worse until after it hit the end user. 

In other words: what wasn’t measured wasn’t managed, and worse what was measured often wasn’t the right thing.

Stark flipped that script last year with Projects.
