Using Stark's Ticketing System Integration

Create and track accessibility issues in your favorite Project Management system.


Stark supports integrations into the most used and loved project management systems to support product managers in tracking accessibility issues as tickets in the most requested tools in the market. Let's dive into each of them:


Jira

  1. Log into your Stark account
  2. Navigate to your Team > Team Settings
  3. Click Link Ticketing System
  4. Select Jira
  5. Go through Jira's authentification workflow
    1. Confirm access to your Jira account
    2. Enter your Jira domain and email address
    3. Enter your Jira API key
    4. Click on Finish Setup
  6. Get started adding tickets for every Figma, GitHub, and URL asset on the Web App. πŸŽ‰

Linear

  1. Log into your Stark account
  2. Navigate to your Team > Team Settings
  3. Click Link Ticketing System
  4. Select Linear
  5. Go through Linear's authentification workflow
    1. Use your Linear credentials, API key, or Access Token
    2. Confirm access to your Linear account
    3. Authorize using Linear's website
    4. Click on Finish Setup
  6. Wait 3-5 minutes for the ticket collections to synch to the Web App
  7. Get started adding tickets for every Figma, GitHub, and URL asset on the Web App. πŸŽ‰

Asana

  1. Log into your Stark account
  2. Navigate to your Team > Team Settings 
  3. Click Link Ticketing System 
  4. Select Asana
  5. Go through Asana authentification workflow
    1. Confirm access to your Asana account 
    2. Ensure your Asana account has read and edit permissions for all Asana projects you'd like to connect with
    3. Authorize using Asana's website 
    4. Log into your Asana account 
    5. Click on Finish Setup
  6. Wait 3-5 minutes for the ticket collections to synch to the Web App
  7. Get started adding tickets for every Figma, GitHub, and URL asset on the Web App. πŸŽ‰

Azure DevOps

  1. Log into your Stark account
  2. Navigate to your Team > Team Settings
  3. Click Link Ticketing System
  4. Go through the Azure DevOps authentification workflow
    1. Confirm access to your Azure DevOps account
    2. Enter your username and personal access token
  5. Wait 3-5 minutes for the ticket collections to synch to the Web App

GitHub Issues

  1. Log into your Stark account
  2. Navigate to your Team > Team Settings
  3. Click Link Ticketing System
  4. Select GitHub Issues
  5. Go through GitHub's authentification workflow
    1. Confirm your authentification method
    2. Confirm access to your GitHub Issues account
    3. Enter your username and personal access token/password
    4. Click on Finish Setup
  6. Wait 3-5 minutes for the ticket collections to synch to the Web App
  7. Get started adding tickets for every Figma, GitHub, and URL asset on the Web App. πŸŽ‰

ClickUp

  1. Log into your Stark account
  2. Navigate to your Team > Team Settings
  3. Click Link Ticketing System
  4. Select ClickUp
  5. Go through ClickUp's authentification workflow
    1. Authorize using ClickUp's website
    2. Connect to your Workspace
  6. Wait 3-5 minutes for the ticket collections to synch to the Web App

Bitbucket

  1. Log into your Stark account
  2. Navigate to your Team > Team Settings
  3. Click Link Ticketing System
  4. Select Bitbucket
  5. Go through Bitbucket's authentification workflow
    1. Confirm access to your Bitbucket account
    2. Enter your workspace ID
    3. Authorize using Bitbucket's website
    4. Click on Finish Setup
  6. Wait 3-5 minutes for the ticket collections to synch to the Web App

Gitlab

  1. Log into your Stark account
  2. Navigate to your Team > Team Settings
  3. Click Link Ticketing System
  4. Select GitLab
  5. Go through GitLab's authentification workflow
    1. Select your authentication method
    2. Confirm access to your GitLab account
    3. Authorize using GitLab's website
    4. Click on Finish Setup
  6. Wait 3-5 minutes for the ticket collections to synch to the Web App

Trello

  1. Log into your Stark account
  2. Navigate to your Team > Team Settings

    2. Confirm access to your Trello account

    4. Submit
  6. Wait 3-5 minutes for the ticket collections to synch to the Web App

Pivotal Tracker

  1. Log into your Stark account
  2. Navigate to your Team > Team Settings
  3. Click Link Ticketing System
  4. Select Pivotal Tracker
  5. Go through Pivotal Tracker authentification workflow
    1. Confirm access to your Pivotal Tracker account
    2. Enter your Pivotal Tracker API key
    3. Submit
  6. Wait 3-5 minutes for the ticket collections to synch to the Web App
